I've posted this question to the other Flash Player forum but have had no response on how to solve this issue. Since no one seems to have a solution to the Flash Plugin Failure I receive trying to playback Xfinity videos (I can playback video on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube just fine -- only get this error with Xfinity), I'm thinking I should revert back to the previous version of Flash player since it worked just fine, but I'm having trouble finding the right documentation to do this. Can anyone guide to me documentation for installing the previous version of Flash?
Here are my software version:
- MacPro OSX Yosemite (version 10.10.4).
- Adobe Flash Player 18.0.0.209
- Safari version 8.0.7
- Firefox version 39.0
I have uninstalled Chrome (version 44.0.2403.125 / 64 bit) since it comes preloaded with 18.0.0.209.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
