I can't uninstall the debug version of flash player...?

I have this version: 18.0.0.232 (debug version). I have seen posts explaining how to uninstall this, but it never works (dowloaded an offline uninstaller, closed all browser windows, then restarted - no results).dows

Working with IE on Windows 8.1, if that helps.

Hi excadream,

The debug version of Flash Player is installed as a Windows Update on Windows 8.x.  You'll need to go Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Installed Updates and find the Flash Player debugger for Internet Explorer update and uninstall that update.
