Adobe Flash Player Problem

I keep getting the following Error Message in a Small Block. The two Options are to “Dismiss” or “Close”. I have a Hewlett Packard Computer running Microsoft Windows 8.1. The Error Message is as follows:

Error #2044: Unhandled securityError:. text=Error #2048: Security sandbox violation: http://fuse-client.mirra.io/fuseclient.swf?gid=266 cannot load data from about:blank.
