When trying to activate a .acsm file ("Add items to Library" menu) I get the message "Error! Check Activation" from Adobe Digital Editions. When checking the authorization code from the menu, it says that my computer is authorized.  What am I doing wrong.

I'm having the same issue.  Have you received any tips on how to resolve it.  I'm feeling rather frustrated!

I bumbled through the deactivation and reactivation which seemed to work.  Then I found out I had to re-download the .acsm file.  That then worked.  Good luck!
