Icon and Splash Screen sizes for Mobile Apps

Using RoboHelp (2015 release), I am having been creating a mobile app for an Android smart phone. You can specify the mobile app's icon and splash screens in RoboHelp's Mobile App Settings dialog box.

Can anyone recommend how big (pixels or points) the icon and splash screen should be? It doesn't specify in RoboHelp's help.
