Display Transform Section in Captivate 8 Properties

I'm not seeing a way to show the transform section in Properties (I need that to set the position of captions/other objects so it is consistent across slides) -- anyone know how to do that?

Under the properties tab is another tab for options.  Options allows you to set the height and width and x y coordinates.
