PLEASE HELP!!  I am unable to download from my library.  I have been using ADE successfully for years and when I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10, the program will "fulfill" and give the message..."Unable to get download. Error getting license. License server communication problem. E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR." 


I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program but continue to get the same message.  It appears there are a number of members with the same problem and no responses.  HELP PLEASE!!
