I have a new PC running windows 10. Previously I would download my book from Norfolk County Libraries, drag it into ADE and then drag it into my Nook. The download goes into ADE ok but I get a 'no permission to copy' window when I try and drag it into the Nook. I have created an Adobe id and have entered it into the authorisation window but it will not accept it, saying that the email address does not match the password, WHICH IT DOES! Help.
