Is Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 compatible with Windows 10?

I was just told by an Adobe Enterprise agent that ADE 3.0 is fully compatible with Windows 10. Yet I can't seem to find information about this on the Forums or anywhere else. Can anyone confirm this?

I was able to get ADE 3.0 to work on my Windows 10 (Dell Latitude E6530).  I could not get ADE 4.0 to work, though.  It may be your only option to use ADE if you have Windows 10.
