I had Presenter 10 on my old computer (hard drive destroyed) and I wish to reinstall on my new Windows 10 computer.

I have the serial number, so I tried downloading the "trial".  Would not work.  Is Presenter 10 compatible with Windows 10?

Yes, Presenter 10 should work on Windows 10.

What issue are you having? Is the download not working? Is the install not working? Is your serial key not working?

Thanks so much for the quick reply, Jorma!  The download (via Akamai) is not working.  It immediately times out and quits.
