Why does the program not run, freeze, or run extremely slow? Why are entire pages of my textbook blank? Why is there no legitimate support for an obviously flawed program?

This program is terrible, especially if you need it for school.  The program will either not load, freeze completely, or will scroll EXTREMELY slow.  Also, entire pages of text are missing from my book.  I will have to seek a refund for my book because I will not be able to rely on such a horrible program all semester.  0 stars Adobe. 0 stars.
