Why Upgrade to Robohelp 7

Is there a comparison chart as to why we should upgrade our version of Robohelp from x5 to 7? I need to justify the spending with management. If there is no comparison chart, can someone make some comparisons as to the benefits 7 has over earlier versions? Reviewing some of the forum topics it looks like some of you have had issues converting earlier version files to the later version. This will be my first go at creating a help module so I do not want to run into a bunch of issues right from the start.
