Change from All Folders to a specific folder for say the first item. There cannot be two files in the same folder as Windows does not allow that. My guess is that the duplicates are in different folders and changing the folder will help you locate the original and the duplicate.
Also open both from the Topic List. Does one have red squares in it? If so you have somehow got an output into to the source.
Post back with what you find.

Thank you, Peter. You got my thinking on the right path. I found the duplicate files by comparing file paths (Topic Properties/File) for each file. A Windows search of the project by file name for one of the duplicate topics would also work.
Just remember that while you are free to locate the duplicates using Windows Search, you only ever want to delete one of them using RoboHelp.
Sound advice Rick.
It has always surprised me though that you have to use windows explorer to delete unused files that are reported by RH as RH does not give the option to do so. Anyone know why not?
RoboHelp only shows you what it is actually using in the project. I suppose that's the purpose of the Unused Files Report, so you have an idea of what's safe to delete. As long as I've used RoboHelp (longer than 20 years now) that's the way it has always worked.
Even though that report exists, I would never fully and blindly trust it. Sometimes files are used in odd ways that maybe RoboHelp is unaware of. I prefer to err on the side of caution and stash them in a folder until I'm certain.
On the other hand, if you delete an HTML topic from a project, that puppy does end up in the recycle bin!
