I am unable to download my library books to my Kobo Touch....it tells me that they are on there but they are not.....sometimes I get an error message from Adobe Digital Editions and then it shuts itself down....any ideas what is going on and how to fix.....I am getting frustrated here.....have tried resetting and also resetting to factory settings on my Kobo but still can't get the books to show up on my reader
