Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium Install Issues

Running 5.5 installer, I keep getting an error at around 80% of unzipping.

I am using Win Rar on a win 8.1 machine - new machine - I am the administrator, and I am running the exe As Admin. Please Help!

The system says there's either not enough space or I may not have permission.. I have a 2Tb drive and i am the sole user of the computer (personal)
