Adobe Flash player (official) for android?

I have come across this contact in search of an official Android Adobe Flash Player. Can you please let me know if there is one or if they are currently developing it?

Adobe used to make a Flash Player for older versions of Android. They have stopped and have not announced any idea to change their mind. They do not officially supply even the old one for old systems.
