I can type everywhere else, but can't type my username and password into the Creative Cloud sign-in window. One observation...the Creative Cloud icon on the menu bar is grayed out.
I read a few other posts about this. One said to update the Creative Cloud software, but did not say how to do it. The other said to delete a file called opm.db and provided a path. This file does not exist on my Mac (I can see hidden files.)
So I'm stuck. Help would be appreciated.
Please close all adobe processes from from activity monitor.
Go to user library.
User library>application support>adobe >oobe.
Rename OOBE folder.
Relaunch Creative cloud.
