I have Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge. When I go to view a video clip it says Flash Player is not installed or not enabled.  I go and check to see if it's enabled and it is, but I'm still getting that same error.  Please help!

Hi,

It could be possible that you have disabled the flash player.

Follow following steps:

1) Open Edge Browser

2) Click on  Menu . It is located at the right end of the menu bar. Click the More actions menu and choose Settings.

3) Click the More actions menu and choose Settings.

4)  Scroll down the Settings menu until you see the Advanced settings section. Click the View advanced settings button.

5) In Advanced settings, scroll down to Use Adobe Flash Player. Slide the dot from left to right to turn Adobe Flash Player to the On position.

If that doesnt solves your problem i would need some more information:

Hi Vivek,

Still no success. The steps you gave I had already done. I'm running

Windows 10. Using Microsoft Edge. The error I'm getting says flash is not

installed. I'm not sure what else to do.

Hi,

Edge comes with flash player embedded in it. Flash Player is updated with Windows update. Try updating your windows and check that if it helps.
