Adobe Digital Editions 4.0.3 Setup: License Agreement box pops up when I attempt to install software from an entirely different manufacturer.

I have uninstalled Adobe Digital Editions and Adobe Adept and removed them from my computer's registry to the best of my ability. Nonetheless, when I attempt to install Graphisoft' Archicad 19 software on my PC the abovementioned box pops up when I run the .exe file.  How do I remove whatever command is prompting that box to come up?
