Hi bkpr1,
I've actually not encountered this issue in the past.
Is there more than one Flash Player.plugin item in /Library/Internet Plug-ins?
Have you restarted the browser after updating Flash Player/ If not, please try that.

Hi Maria...
Thanks so much for your email. Interestingly enough my '/Library/Internet
Plug-ins' folder is empty. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm going to
down load Flash Player (ver: 19.0.0.185) and see what happens. I'll let
you know!
Thanks again!

Hi Again...
Looks like my mac allowed flash player to do an 'auto' update. As far as I
can tell I'm running the current version 18.0.0.232.
Thanks for your suggestions!

Hi bkpr1,
18.0.0.232 is not the latest version. The latest version is 19.0.0.185. If you do have 180.0.232 installed, I recommend performing a clean install. See How to perform a "clean install" of Flash Player in Mac OS X. I would also check ~/Library/Internet Plug-ins (user's Library directory) and ensure Flash Player.plugin isn't listed. Flash Player doesn't install to this location so it should not be there. This is just a check to ensure it didn't get saved there at some point.
