This is what ade answers when I try to authorize my computer to convert the ebooks. So i can't authorize my computer to convert file URLllink.acsm legally brought. Now I have Windows 10 but I had the same problem before upgrade with windows 7. And, of course, I'm on line. Thanks for your help
