The installer claims it will begin shortly but stays at 0%. Then when you kill it, it deletes itself from the download area. What gives?

Hi dwaddell,
Thanks for providing the requested files.
Can you please create ADM.trace file inside the directory C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp.
This helps in getting more detailed logs.
Run the online installer again and provide the two files Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log.

I went ahead an installed it with “Run as Administrator”. I haven’t had to do that in the past in fact in most cases the upgrade was automatic. This computer was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 at the end of July. I didn’t have this problem going to the previous version of Flash Player.
