Can you please confirm whether ADE & KOBO is authorized with same ID?

Also please try below solution.

  • Deauthorize KOBO
  • Mount in ADE and Authorize
  • Now try moving the book and open in KOBO

Hi Dominic,

they are authorized with the same account. I have already erased the authorization, reauthorized, erased the books tried again, uninstalled ADE tried again, tried ADE V 3 and V 4.5 tried again.

I have also factory reset the Kobo twice with no change.
