How read my ebook (acsm file)?

I want to read an acsm file on my android system with an activated ADE. I don't know how to add the file to library. Android doesn't know how to open the file.

The latest version of ADE 4.5 supports the new seamless fulfillment of books across devices feature, when a consumer fulfills a book on one device, the book will be automatically downloaded to all the other devices that belong to this consumer (activated using the same user ID).
