Cannot use nor uninstall CS6, Error 1 code

I am in a very frustrating situation. My copy of CS6 Web and Design premium stopped working due to carelessly downloading a portable version of photoshop on a hard drive just in case, and that somehow made all of my creative suite software dead weight. I get an error code(listed above) that says I need to uninstall and reinstall the programs, yet this is completely impossible because A) I have tried restarting, running the Cleaner tool, running the license recovery tool, and even uninstalling it the traditional way, but it doesn't budge and B) I do not have the original license because I originally got my license from a teacher that currently cannot install it again. At this point I want to just delete every single trace of adobe software and start over with the creative cloud, but that is ALSO impossible for obvious reasons. What exactly can I do?
