When I try to download the latest flash player to use Acrobat Reader but after 51% download a message appear insufficient use privileges. How do I grant myself the privileges?

Flash Player and Adobe Reader are two separate, distinct programs and you don't need Flash Player to use Adobe Reader, unless the PDF file you are trying to view contains an embedded swf.

With that said, Flash Player requires Administrator permissions to install.  Please ensure the user account you are using to install Flash Player is an Administrator.  If not, please use an Administrator account to install Flash Player.
