ADE 4.5 stopped working. I click on the ADE icon and nothing happens. Tried starting from desktop and START menu and nothing happens. It worked yesterday, and I haven't doene anything out of the ordinary since then.

I tried unistalling and re-installing ADE 4.5.  Same problem.
