Hey there, I have recently updated my software to Adobe Flash CC 2015, and for two days straight I have been struggling to download extensions, specifically, Keyframe Caddy.
I actively used this extension prior to the update and I am extremely frustrated that it wont work. I tried using extensions manager and creative cloud, it says it has successfully been installed, however when I open Windows>Extensions, there is nothing there. All my extensions are missing, however it clearly states on both creative cloud and extensions manager that it has been installed. I have been skimming the web for three days now and have been trying desperately to get it to work, but to no avail. I am at wits end and have resorted to forums, which is not my favorite thing to do.
I hope to hear from somebody soon!
I am having the same problem. I did read that to install extensions on Flash CC2015, you have do it through the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Unfortunately, I don't have a link to that source, otherwise I would post. So I go to the page that shows what extensions I have 'aquired' and Keyframe Caddy Pro is there and shows the date in which it was 'aquired'. The Keyframe Caddy site says that the app has been updated for use with Flash Pro CC-CC(2015)
So why is the Creative Cloud App not Syncing my extension with Flash CC2015??? I know where to find it in Flash (Window>Extensions>), but it's not there. ADOBE can you answer this?
