You've made a few separate posts about this issue.  You were tricked into downloading something by malicious actors. 

There's a good possibility that:

  • You've provided your credit card number to criminals.  You should contact your bank to reverse the charges and issue you a new card.
  • You've probably installed malware on your computer.  You'll probably want to work with an expert to resolve that, and/or just completely format the machine and start over.
  • Once you've gotten the computer back to a stat
