I have a PC Windows and Kobo Aura H2O. I am trying to transfer a book that I borrowed from the library to my Kobo but I am constantly getting a message: E_IO_CANNOT OPEN_Failed to write destination file. Could you please help me with this? My computer is authorized and I followed the process very carefully.
