How do I get flash player on my andriod phone note 5 version of andriod 5.1.1????

I'm trying to join a chat room and bam it says I can't cause I don't have a adobe flash player I use Google Chrome on my note 5 I have latest andriod Out for the device and I keep my apps fullyou updated I hope some one can help me in my little problem.

Why is this? It's 2015 my phones better then my old laptop why not work on it and make everyone happy.
