Hi yes its where you habe solid backround and you can change the backround when recording. I can't make it work.

Its took me 3 days to purchased Presenter, finally I got it

After that it still not work I talked to 3 people on line support no one

can help

It’s like a joke at this point

Its asking me for serial numbers but I purchase it per month

Hi,

You must have used some Adobe Id to purchase the license.

While installing the product, you should sign up with the same id you used to purchase Presenter.

It should not ask you for serial key.

Did you do the same ?

In case yes, and it is still asking serial key, please send the logs using :
