You have enabled Ray-traced rendering. Unless you have a compatible Nvidia GPU 3-D is going to be horribly slow. From your video:
Change your composition settings under the advanced tab and things will speed up. There are now much better ways to do 3-D inside a AE and Adobe is no longer working on the Ray-traced rendering engine for a number of reasons including Nvidia's decision to change their focus on CUDA technology.
I also see that you assigned all your processors to After Effects. The operating system needs a couple of them, too.
To expand on what dave says your processors should be an even number and your memory should be in 4GB sections. Look at your ram allocation and actual processors used. In an effort to throw all your resources you have forced the Actual Processors used to ZERO.
In most cases it's best to just take the defaults and you'll never need more than 4GB per processor. You should read this: Optimizing After Effects Performance
