Could not connect to fulfilment server

On my surface pro (windows 10), I cannot open a document in Adobe Digital Edition. An error message saying "Adobe Digital Editions cannot connect to fulfilment server" comes up. I am able to view eBooks using the sample books but not the eBook I have purchased.

Check if his Firewall blockt Digital Edition. Digital Edition has no access to his Server and so think as has no internet.
