Can we write a wrapper class for ReplicationServlet (/bin/receive) or Filter to intercept replication at publish instance?

Hi All,

I have requirement to customise replication to have a proper checks at publish instance configured. Basic idea is to extend ReplicationServlet/ or write a filter.

Can someone provide inputs if you have come across such requirements.
