Problem with Jaws and Adobe Digital Editions

Hi, I use Jaws a screen reader, and it keeps repeating lines in ebooks. I'm not sure if this is a Jaws issue. I have Jaws 17 full version.

Does this happens with a specific eBook or with all eBooks?

Can you please also confirm the version of Adobe Digital Editions you are using (you may check this from Help > About Digital Edition) and your Operating System?

Most of the ebooks.

Version 4.5 for Adobe.

Hi,

We have seen that JAWS repeats the same line when you press CNTRL + DOWN arrow key. Could you please check if these are not somehow pressed.

In case that is not the case, would request you to test this using one of the ebooks from the Sample eBook Library by clicking the below link and confirm if you face the same issue :

The program freezes. Also, when I pressed Insert 2, Jaws wouldn’t read the file, though when I arrowed down, it started reading, but when I pressed Insert 2, the program froze.
