FAQ:  What should I do if I have a blank white screen, spinning wheel, or my Creative Cloud app will not open?

Are you having trouble launching the Creative Cloud Desktop application? If the application shows a spinning progress wheel, a blank white screen, or otherwise does not open, please see:

App doesn't open | Progress wheel spins continually

You can also try updating the apps. Click the Creative Cloud icon and then select the gear. In the list you will see “Check for app updates”.

Perform any updates found either that way or with Keyboard commands:  (Win) Ctrl-Alt-R or (Mac) Cmd-Option-R.
