what steps do I need to do to increase the number of activations as I continuously get an error message when trying to move e books to my Kobo

If you get the error that has to many activation you should contact customer support for reset: Kontaktaufnahme mit Kundendienst

Have you tried to contact customer support? So far I have spent 2 days going around in circles with never being able to contact customer support. Instead the circles had me end up in the forums looking for help.

Yes I have clicked on the blue button to end up going around in circles. At one point I had 6 Adobe tabs open with my login.

Currently I use Firefox and DO NOT LIKE Internet Explorer which gives me even more problems

Its a problem on your system. It works on my system. Then try to remove cache and Cockies in your Browser and then try again.
