When I insert the video in PowerPoint and click
"Publish"button, people at the movie seem to be unnatural and looks thin.The file format is flv (Flash
video) and height and width in the original data is proportionally good.
Your help will be appreciated.

Once you insert a video shape in a slide, you can select the shape and set its size based on that of the video or resize it as per your needs.
You can also lock the aspect ratio when you resize if you desire.
