Trying to install the Creative Cloud
I've looked at all the threads for error 204 but they're all either for mac or don't work at all
It reads: There seems to be a problem accessing a critical file/directory during download.
I've tried a bunch of things from other threads like delete the OOBE and adobe files, running the cleaning tool, and turn off the firewall
please help I need to do a project and this is very frustrating

I contact adobe support via forum on there main page. They conect with my machine and fix it in 10 minutes.

Guys go task management and delete all antivirus and then start downloading it as administrator. this worked for me

Ending my anti-virus via task manager also worked for me! [Solved]

Disabled my anti virus and temporarily windows defender, then ran as administrator. Worked.
I had tried for more than 5 hours with every solution that i could find on these forums and this is the one that worked.

For everyone, just deactivate windows firewall. That solved it for me.
