Any device. According to the instructions, it's supposed to show what device I have for the e reader and it's not showing up so that am able to use the Kobo reader.

Reinstall the Software Digital Edition. Open it. Connect it with your Device. Then check if you reader was found.

I've tried reinstalling adobe with no luck. It tells me to sign in and I do. Then I click on download and it tells me to sign in again. I give up.

I don't get any error msges. It just doesn't let me reinstall Adobe. It keeps telling me to sign in.

If you have a macintosh you must enter ID and passwort of your useder. Its not a promt from adobe.

I don't have a Mac. I have windows 8. I was able to download again today but the device still doesn't show when I open Adobe. Do I have to delete the one on my pc first before re-installing Adobe?

In this case can only try to tranfer the eBooks of the file explorer. 😕
