I've tried reinstalling adobe with no luck.  It tells me to sign in and I do.  Then I click on download and it tells me to sign in again.  I give up.

I don't have a Mac.  I have windows 8.  I was able to download again today but the device still doesn't show when I open Adobe.  Do I have to delete the one on my pc first before re-installing Adobe?
