I Have a Problem with Publish HTML5

I have a connect Server Breeze but i  have a problems when I publish in HTML5 because the presentation I cant see, they enter in loop, loading and Loading and never can´t see the presentation? Is a problem of my Breeze Server? I need something else, I need to activate else? Thanks for your Help

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

After you publish to the connect server, could you please set the permissions to public on that course in the content folder?

You have to just click customize and set Allow Public Viewing to "Yes". Then, you can send me the URL to launch the course.

Please package your presentation and share it with me using drop box. Follow below steps in order to package the presentation-

• Launch Presenter Application
• Open your project
• Click on package option available on the Presenter ribbon

Also request you to revert back with below details.

OS version being used.

Power Point version being used along with the architecture (32/64-bit).

Presenter Version you are using.

Kindly let me know if you need assistance in regards with any of the above.

Thanks for your advice but all my folders and Files are Public

When I Publish in my Connect Server and I log I can see the presentation in HTML5, but I Log off and I can´t see the presentation, only loop of loading.

The Version of my Breeze server is 9.0.0.1 is posible I need Install The last Version of Connect Server?
