Flash Player Distribution page will not load

I just received a custom link to the Flash Player Distribution page to download enterprise-licensed Flash Player after applying for a new distribution license, but the webpage never loads after clicking on the link in the email.

Using Firefox 42.

Please private message me the URL and I will escalate the issue.  Please include the following:

• OS and version
• are you using a proxy server?
• anti-virus, if so which one and version?
• and of course, the custom link.
