i cannot authorised a second computer under my adobe id

Which error message you get? Do used Windows and Macintosh?

I use Window 10. I get the message this id is already allocated to another computer.

1. Open Adobe Digital Editions.
2. Press Control+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
3. Select Erase Authorization.
4. Click OK and quit Adobe Digital Editions.
