10-Bit Color Depth in PS CS5?, CS6?, CC? in El Capitan 10.11.2

I am now operating in 10-bit color depth in El Capitan 10.11.2.  I recently upgraded my hardware, and updated the Mac OSX to achieve this. When I go to - About This Mac > System Report > Graphics/Displays, I see - Pixel Depth:  30-Bit Color (ARGB2101010).

I have PS CS5 version 12.1 x 64. In PS Preferences > Performance, I have selected "Enable Open GL Drawing", and "Advanced" in Advanced settings. Could I be in 10-bit color mode in PS C5 now? Is it possible to be in 10-bit color mode in CS5 in El Capitan?

If not, how about CS6? Would I have to go to CC to be able to run PS in 10-bit color in El Capitan?

I'd really appreciate any guidance anyone can give me on this. PS is my main app, and I really want to operate in 10-bit color using it. Thanks, Jack
