Is there another reader for EPub Fixed Lay out than Digital Editions for Windows? Digital Editions don't let the text see the way it should.

I know the Online Publishing, but I want a reader, just like Acrobat Reader that shows the document offline.

You can also try it with a older version: http://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions/downloads.html

The current Version of Digital Edition has any problems.

Thank for your tip RogerOsborn.

The fonts looks good, only the buttons don't work and the page size is to large.

I have just tried Calibre and all the buttons worked fine.  You can adjust the font size and if the page is too big you can just resize the window.  Just click the Maximise/Restore Down button in the upper right corner of the Calibre e-book viewer.
