After downloading Elements14 i can´t get the editor started,any guess why?

After having downloaded Elements 14 i can open the Organizer but i can´`t get the editor started.Any idea whats wrong,perhaps the download incomplete?

reset your preferences.

1. Quit the Editor or Organizer.
2. Locate the preference file on your system.
   1. Preference File locations: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/preference-file-locations-photoshop-elements.html
3. Delete the file named:
   1. com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist on Mac
   2. Adobe Photoshop Elements XX Prefs.psp on Windows.

Thank you for trying to help me.Soory but i didn`t manage to follow your

instructions.perhaps a few more details:Trying to start the editor i get

the Message Procedurepoint crtCreate SymbolicLinkW not found in DLL

"MSVCR110.dll"

Is it possible that my trial download of PASE14 is incomplete?Because

when i compare the Programsize of PSE13 which is 3.5GB Pse14 Shows only

2.9GB

What helpedwas a n update of Microsoft Visual C++ 12.Make sure it is set up.
