    Screen keeps flickering black, Photoshop, iMac 4k

      This problem seems to be occurring with quite a few people. I've been on the phone to Apple about it and have even consulted their senior team on the problem. It seems to be a screen compatibility issue as even when I detached all other peripherals, wacom tablet, external monitor etc, the problem still continued. I've also tried all the other work arounds that Adobe have suggested on their forums. The problem occurs when I use the Alt or Space bar, plus other commands (however not the Command key, that doesn't seem to affect it) in Photoshop CS6, and CS5, the screen will intermittently flash black which really upsets workflow. Neither Adobe nor Apple have made any announcements to suggest that either company is going to be fixing this issue yet and it would be really great if someone could sort this problem out as I mostly use my computer for photoshop as I'm sure many other users do as well. It's important that this issue continues to be raised, has anyone found a work-around for it yet?

      iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, Late 2015)

          Could you please check and confirm which version of Mac operating system are you using?

           

          Launch Photoshop.

          Click on Help > System Info
