I asked reset activations via chat. The operator made the request, but the email I received informs me that it is impossible to activate the reset because the id has never been registered. Impossible because I ade activated its two other device.
In Digital Edition under Windows press ctrl + shift + i. In this windows do found a UUID. With this can the customer support also reset your Adobe ID.

Has anytime change the mail-Address? If yes the customer support can you found only with the old mail address, which was used to create the account (has this problem before itself)

No, I changed my e mail address.
Use the same as four years on a PC and an e-reader, either regularly activated. I activated adobe digital also on a tablet Android, with the app Mantano reader. Yesterday I reset the tablet, and when I tried to wake from adobe digital Mantano gave me the following error:
"too many activated devices. Contact Adobe for information."
I tried also with other Android app, if the problem were to Mantano and not of Hades, and the problem returns.
