What to do if you get a "CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book" error when trying to transfer a title using Adobe Digital Editions

So I downloaded an EPUB book from Overdrive and am attempting to transfer it to my Nook via my Mac.  I have reauthorized my Adobe Id several times and I keep getting the above message.
